POSITION: TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST II

SALARY: Php 44,616.00 PERA: Php 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

(10%) Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies, applications for Program Registrations, Assessment Centers, Qualification Maps for Scholarship Programs, etc.; (15%) Provides technical assistance/instructional services to agency beneficiaries through the conduct of briefings/orientations of TVET partners in Program Registrations, Assessment Centers, Competency Assessors and/or Scholarship; (25%) Consolidates data and other periodic reports; (15%) Implement quality standards and procedures; (10%) Assists in the development of procedures and techniques; (20%) Consolidates data and other periodic reports in assessing TVET needs and in the formulation of educational/ training program for his subject field; and (5%) Performs other related functions.

Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job Experience : 1 year relevant experience Training : 4 hours of relevant trainings Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing - Working knowledge of MS Office Applications - Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude - Good moral character and work ethics - Can work under pressure
