POSITION: SENIOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

OFFICE: CURRICULUM AND TRAINING AIDS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (CTADD), NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (NITESD), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-19 (Php 51,357.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Develops programs and documents that are related to curriculum and training aids development; 20 % - Facilities curriculum and learning materials development workshops, capability building programs, meetings and other related sessions; 15 % - Leads the conduct of researches on curriculum and learning materials development and utilization/implementation; 15 % - Prepares technical reports, evaluation and review documents of programs, activities and project (PAP); 10 % - Leads in the coordination and monitoring of PAPs; 10 % - Promotes programs and services of the division; and 10 % - Performs other related functions such as technical assistance to other division or offices among others.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
