OFFICE: OFFICE OF THE DEPUTY DIRECTOR GENERAL - POLICIES AND PLANNING (ODDG-PP), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-9 (Php 21,211.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

10 % - Receives incoming documents; 10 % - Routes outgoing documents; 25 % - Encodes/scan/update incoming/outgoing documents in the database; 5 % - Assists in the reproduction of documents/materials; 10 % - Assists in answering phone calls; 10 % - Prepare/draft routine correspondence; 5 % - Assists in data gathering and research work; 10 % - Facilitate vouchers for reimbursement; 5 % - Provide assistance during the cluster meetings; and 10 % - Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned from time to time.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Completion of two-years studies in College or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade Course Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Training: 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Relevant MC 11, S. 1996/ Career Service (Sub-Professional)/ First Level Eligibility

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2023 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2023 or July to December 2023 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
