30 % - Reviews Requisitions/Purchase Requests and determine if it is on accordance with the approved Project Procurement Management Plan (PPMP)/ Supplemental PPMP; 15 % - Responsible in the preparation of supplies and materials based on Requisition and Issuance Slip (RIS) submitted by the requesting office regularly updating Stock/Property Cards as required per Government Accounting Manual (GAM); 15 % - Supports timely preparation and submission of the following reports: Report on the Physical Count of Property, Plant and Equipment (RPCPPE), Report of Supplies and Materials Issued (RSMI) and PPE Data Summary among others; 15 % - Provides technical assistance in the monitoring of inventory of motor vehicles, Property, Plant and Equipment (PPEs) of TESDA COROPOTI; 10 % - Provides technical assistance in the conduct of Annual Physical inventory of Property, Plan and Equipment including semi-expandable properties of TESDA Central Office; 10 % - Provides technical assistance to End-User’s and Regional Procurement Focal; and 5 % - Assists in the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) within Procurement Division in compliance with international quality management systems.
