THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- 20% Assists in the monitoring and implementation of technical programs/projects - 15% Provides technical support to planning and research capability build-up programs; - 15% Assists in the provision of technical/instructional service to clients on TESD Programs - 15% Prepares database management such as monitoring, maintenance of database, and files and preparing periodic reports - 15% Assists in Evaluation Analysis and consolidation of data - 10% Prepares/Drafts communications, reports, briefers, minutes and highlights or meetings, and documentation reports; and - 10% Perform other related functions

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing • Good Interpersonal relationship and Work Attitude • Can Work under pressure • Knowledgeable in MS Applications • Preferably with NC

  July to December 2023 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other

  government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

 

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Work experience sheet (CS Form No. 212) (mm-dd-yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
