OFFICE: ETESDA, NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (NITESD), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-13 (PhP 31,320.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

30 % - Develop and/or coordinate development of multimedia and interactive learning materials for quality-assured open and online courseware and resources for the TESDA Online Program for Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) and Multi-Regional TESDA Online Program (MRTOP); 20 % - Assist in the coordination and monitoring of the development of open and online courseware and resources for the TESDA Online Program for MOOCs and Multi-Regional implementation; 20 % - Coordinate and monitor conduct of administrative processes for ETESDA-NITESD program, activities and project, and 20 % - Prepare complete staff work, memoranda, terms of references, project proposals and other documents for ETESDA-NITESD program, activities and project, and 10 % - Performs other functions assigned by the immediate supervisor.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with 1 year demonstrated ability in courseware development (Instructional Design, Course Content, Study Guides, web scripts and media scripts, video editing, voice over scripts, illustrations’ captions), report preparation and documentation.

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2023 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2023 or July to December 2023 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
