POSITION: SENIOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

OFFICE: ETESDA, NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (NITESD), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-19 (PhP 51,357.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Manages the Implementation of program/projects lodge to hir/her units 20 % - Establishes close linkages with the internal and external program implementation 10 % - Develops system and procedures for effective and efficient program implementation 10 % - Prepares reports, statistical data, and analysis 10 % - Conduct research 10 % - Develops quality standards and procedures 10 % - Implementation of quality standards and procedures 5 % - Formulates, reviews and recommends improvement of policies 5 % - Performs other related functions


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 2 year of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably with at least 2 years demonstrated ability in program development and implementation of educational technologies and strategies, technical research, policy formulation, policy interpretation and implementation, relationship building, report preparation and documentation; • Preferably with at least 24 hours of training on the use and/or management of a Learning Management System; • Preferably with COC and Developing eLearning Materials Leading to Trainer’s Methodology II or other relevant training on facilitation of delivering eLearning

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2023 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2023 or July to December 2023 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
