POSITION: SUPERVISING TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

OFFICE: TESDA WOMEN’S CENTER (TWC), TESDA NCR
SALARY: SG-22 (PhP 71,511.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15 % - Assists the Chief TESD Specialist in directing, supervising, and coordinating the operations and activities of the Center; 15 % - Undertakes and recommends to the Chief TESD Specialist systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program and implementation; 10 % - Monitors and supervises the implementation of Competency-Based Training Program, assessment and accreditation of graduates and other TVET related activities; 10 % - Supervises the conduct of Lifelong Learning programs for TWC’s graduates; 10 % - Facilitates the TWCs accreditation to Asia Pacific Accreditation and Certification Commission (APACC), STAR and other accreditation TVET body/organization; 10 % - Assists in the Chair of TESDA GFPS Secretariat on preparation, reviews, and consolidation of Gender Development (GAD) Plan and Budget and Accomplishment Reports; 10 % - Supervises the initiation and/or approval of Agreements/Understanding/teaching cooperation with appropriate offices; 10 % - Supervises and conducts researches on innovation and other related TVET technology; 10 % - Performs other related functions as needed.

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
