OFFICE: PANGASINAN SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES (PSAT), TESDA REGION I
SALARY: SG-20 (PhP 57,347.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

4 % - Supervises the Planning of Training Sessions by the Trainers and Plan Training Session in the assigned course and program; 4 % - Supervises the preparation of Session Plans of the Trainers and in the assigned course and program; 48 % - Supervises and Delivers Competency Based Technical Vocational Education and Training in the assigned course course and program; 5 % - Supervises the planning of Competency Assessment and in the assigned course and program; 10 % - Supervises the conduct of Competency Assessment in the assigned course and program; 4 % - Supervises the maintenance of Training Facilities in the assigned course and program; 4 % - Supervises the Conduct of Community Outreach and Extension Services and programs in the assigned course and program if there are any; 2 % - Supervises the social marketing and advocacy program of the school; 3 % - Supervises the promotion of health and safety policies, procedures and programs; 2 % - Prepares procurement program on the assigned course and program; 2 % - Participates in the school's special programs and activities; 3 % - Supervises the conduct of Career Counseling and Feed backing Sessions to students as need arises; 3 % - Supervises and Utilizes efficiently and effectively training equipment, tools, supplies and materials in the assigned course and programs; 2 % - Applies Work Ethics and Values; 2 % - Upholds the values and principles of public Service; 2 % - Assist in the supervision of the preparation of Competency Based Learning Materials; 2 % - Assists in the monitoring of programs and projects conducted and recommend measures for effective implementation of the program; 2 % - Perform other functions as maybe assigned by the Superintendent.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s Degree Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II Eligibility: Career Service Professional / 2nd Level Eligibility

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
