OFFICE: PANGASINAN SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES (PSAT), TESDA REGION I
SALARY: SG-20 (PhP 57,347.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

18 % - Prepares and Design Training Programs; 10 % - Develop Training Curricula; 15 % - Develop Instructional Materials; 13 % - Develop and recommend school policies and programs; 2 % - Prepare Project proposals for approval by the Superintendent; 2 % - Apply ICT in Training Delivery; 2 % - Design Assessment Tools; 2 % - Plan the Competency Assessment program of the school; 3 % - Organize Training Resources; 3 % - Supervise Maintenance of Training Facilities; 3 % - Design and Recommend Trainer's Development Program; 2 % - Design and implement Community Outreach and Extension Services Plans and Programs; 2 % - Design and recommend the social marketing and advocacy plans program of the school; 3 % - Implement the research and development programs of the schools; 3 % - Review the procurement program of the Instructional unit and recommend the same to the Superintendent; 3 % - Prepare the budgetary requirements of the instructional unit; 2 % - Design quality management system plan and program of the school; 2 % - Develop, maintain, manage and monitor the school's geographic information system; 2 % - Perform evaluation of efficiency and effectiveness of the instructional unit; 2 % - Promote and maintain positive employees relations; 2 % - Solve Training-Related Problems in the instructional unit; 2 % - Maintain Professional Competence and Integrity; 2 % - Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Superintendent and higher authorities.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s Degree Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II Eligibility: Career Service Professional / 2nd Level Eligibility

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2022 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2022 and July to December 2022 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
