SALARY: P 21,211.00 PERA: P 2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

35% Validates assessment documents for completeness and veracity 25% Maintains the filing system and records management of the Center in accordance to TESDA Quality Management Systems (incoming and outgoing communications) 15% Operates the computer in encoding, preparation of reports, statistics, and printing of the data 15% Respond to inquiries by internal and external stakeholders 10% Performs other tasks as may be directed by the Administrator and/or AC Manager


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course Experience: One year of relevant experience Training: Four hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service Sub-Professional/First-Level Eligibility/MC 11 s. 1996

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Critical thinking • Observance of Protocols and Institutionalized Processes • Computer and Digital Literacy • Oral and written communication skills • Monitoring and evaluation skills • Ability to work under pressure with minimal supervision • Analytical and creative thinking skills • Good moral character • Good interpersonal relationship • Holder of a national certificate

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified

  photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for January to December 2023 for outside

  applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for

  July to December 2023 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other

  government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

 

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Work experience sheet (CS Form No. 212) (mm-dd-yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
