SALARY: SG-18 (Php 46,725.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% - Prepare and update Competency-Based Learning Materials, Institutional Assessment Tools, Training Plans, Monitoring Tools, and Maintenance Plan; 15% - Plans Conduct Competency-Based Training and Institutional Assessment; 10% - Participate in the implementation and attainment of school's Mission, Vision and Goals; 10% - Participate in meetings, conference, seminars, workshops, and in-service training; 10% - Conduct survey/researches related to Technical-Vocational Education and Training; 5%- Prepare/submit/keep required reports; 5%- Request supplies, materials and equipment necessary for training/instruction; 5%- Implement 5S in the classroom/ laboratory; 5%- Prepare and implement maintenance plan for tools, equipment and facilities under his/her care; 5%- Maintain good relationship among teachers, other personnel, students/trainees and stakeholders; 5% -Participate in co-curricular and community activities; and 5%- Does related work.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NC II) Eligibility: Career Service Professional or any eligibility Appropriate for 2nd Level Position

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good communication skills (oral and written) - Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications - Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude - Good moral character and work ethics - Must have an ability in analytical and creative thinking - With high level of interpersonal skills - With high effective organizational skills - Knowledgeable in project development and management - Holder of National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC)

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
