OFFICE: COMPETENCY PROGRAMS AND SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (CPSDD), QUALIFICATIONS AND STANDARDS OFFICE (QSO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-16 (PhP 39,672.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

35 % - Facilitates the conduct of workshop/meetings in the Development of Competency Assessment Tools (CATs), Item Bank and Formulation of Assessment Fees (AFs); 25 % - Coordinates with technical experts and partners in the provision of technical and administrative services relevant to QSO programs; 25 % - Prepares project proposals, memoranda, circulars, accomplishment reports and other official communication; 10 % - Provides technical assistance to COROPOTI and other stakeholders; and 5 % - Performs other related functions as may be assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Training: 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
