10 % - Prepares Annual Procurement Plan (APP); 10 % - Conducts Physical Count of Property, Plant and Equipment (PPE); 25 % - Procures goods and services requirement of the Executive Office in accordance with RA 9184; 10 % - Prepare Procurement Reports; 10 % - Provides technical session on the procurement, inspection, issuance, storage and inventory of supplies and PPE; 5 % - Does maintenance of property and stock cards; 5 % - Does maintenance of property Acknowledgement Receipt (ARE) and Inventory Custodian Slip; 5 % - Request the disposal of waste materials and unserviceable properties and equipment’s; 10 % - Facilities the payments of billings for procurement of goods and services; and 10 % - Performs other related functions.

- Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
- Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
- Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
- Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
