(25%) Assists in the implementation of scholarship at the community; (15%) Act as records controller of the institution;(15%) Prepares and submit the scholarship program billing documents; (15%) Consolidates data and other periodic reports; (15%) Maintains records, reports and other pertinent documents; (5%) Prepares internal and external communications; (5%) Coordinates with different offices; and (5%) Performs other duties assigned.
Education : Must be able to read and write/Elementary School Graduate/High School Graduate or Completion of relevant vocational/trade course/Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course Experience : 1 year of relevant experience Training : 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility : Relevant MC 11, s. 1996/Career Service (Sub-Professional)/First Level Eligibility
Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing Working knowledge of MS Office Applications Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude Good moral character and work ethics Can work under pressure
