SALARY: SG-22 (PhP 71,511.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15 % - Learning Systems (Demonstrates advanced skills and extensive experience in Learning System. Consistently applies technical skills and adapts to emerging technology). Formulates research and development plans on training technology and learning delivery models. Assists in the development, pilot testing and evaluation of appropriate or applicable training technology and delivery models. 15 % - Career Guidance (Demonstrates advanced skills and extensive experience in Career Guidance. Consistently applies technical skills and adapts to emerging technology). Assists in supervising the implementation of a national career guidance program and system. Ensures the integration of career guidance in the development and implementation of training technology and learning delivery models. 15 % - Policy Development (Demonstrates advanced skills and extensive experience in Policy Formulation. Consistently applies technical skills and adapts to emerging technology). Formulates policies and guidelines on the utilization of the training technology and learning delivery models developed. Assists in reviewing and finalizing policy recommendations on learning systems and career advocacy for approval of higher authorities. Recommends to the Chief TESD Specialist systems and procedures to ensure efficient and effective program implementation. 15 % - Relationship Building (Demonstrates advanced skills and extensive experience in Relationship Building. Consistently applies technical skills and adapts to emerging technology). Strengthens partnerships and linkages with other offices related to the works of the Division by having an open communication and maintaining a strong working relationship to achieve effective and efficient collaborative arrangements with these offices. Oversees in ensuring active multi-sectoral participation of all agencies on TVET relative to career advocacy by __ to ___. Assists in networking with specialized training centers and other TESD providers to serve as pilot testing venues of training technology and learning delivery models. Provides technical assistance on matters related to career advocacy and learning systems by rendering advice and relevant information as requested. 15 % - Strategic and Corporate Planning (Demonstrates advanced skills and extensive in Strategic and Corporate Planning. Consistently applies technical skills and adapts to emerging technology). Assists in preparing the Division’s Commitment and Review Form by recommending work distribution and scheduling of programs or activities to ensure alignment with the Office mandates, priorities and deliverables. Assists in coordinating and monitoring the operations of the Division by tracking the progress of work/deliverables in accordance with targets and standards. 15 % - People Development (Demonstrate advanced skills and Extensive experience in People Development. Consistently applies technical skills and adapts to emerging technology). Leads work discussions by communicating information about workplace processes and issues arising in the workplace through the conduct of learning sessions and staff meetings on a regular basis. Assists in identifying developmental needs of the staff by discussing with the staff their performance and recommending appropriate intervention/s to ensure that they meet current and future job roles. Develops and implements capability building programs for Regional Focals and TTI Trainers on technology research by identifying their training need requirements through the conduct of training needs analysis. 10 % - Performs such other functions as may be authorized. Coordinates the preparation of periodic reports by reports by monitoring the status of its submission within the prescribed timeline.

    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
