POSITION: SENIOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

SALARY: SG-19 (PhP 51,357.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15 % - Develops plan, strategies, policies and guidelines, standards; 15 % - Conducts researchers/studies/analysis to ensure continuous improvement in the monitoring and evaluation of the implementation of TESD Operations and provides recommendation for improved services; 15 % - Develops and maintains a monitoring system of the implementation of the Agency’s priority programs and project in the field; 15 % - Plans and processes strategic partnerships, establishes linkages with TESDA Stakeholders and clients to facilitate implementation of agreements at the ROPODO levels; 15 % - Prepares communications, memoranda, reports, Terms of References, minutes of meetings; 10 % - Attends meetings/for a/ conferences with other governments, partners private industries, and other TESDA Stakeholders; 10 % - Coordinates with different offices, external and internal partners; and 5 % - Performs other related functions as may be assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
