THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- 10% Conducts training in basic, common and core competencies in Center-Based and Community Based/Industry Based - 10% Prepares session plan, progress chart and trainee evaluation - 10% Develops competency-based learning materials/devices - 10% Conducts studies and research on special phases of instruction to improve methods of instructions - 10% Prepares and administers tests to evaluate instructions - 10% Provides guidance and support to trainees - 10% Repairs tools and equipment and maintains machines/equipment used in the training program - 5% Keep records, prepare and submit required reports - 5% Conducts trainer’s training in special courses/trades - 5% Coordinates with industry groups/association, non-government organizations in the implementation of training - 5% Implements special training projects for specific clients - 5% Conducts competency assessment - 5% Performs other duties assigned

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably TM Holder • Preferably a holder of NC and NTTC in Mechatronics or CSS • Possesses positive work values • Good interpersonal relations • Good Moral Character and work ethics • Willing to work under pressure

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified

  photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for January to December 2023 for outside

  applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for

  July to December 2023 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other

  government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

 

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Work experience sheet (CS Form No. 212) (mm-dd-yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
