OFFICE: Partnership Incentive Assistance Division, Partnership and Linkages Office (PIAD-PLO), TESDA Central Office
SALARY: SG - 9 (PhP 21,211.00) PERA: PhP 2,00.00 RATA: N/A


20% - Operates the computer in encoding and printing data from source documents; 20% - Maintains the filing and documentation of the office; 20% - Assists in the recording of incoming and outgoing correspondence; 20% - Prepares Disbursement Vouchers and Obligation Request; 10% - Answer telephone queries; and 10% - Performs other related functions.


Education: Completion of two-year studies in College or High School Graduate with Relevant vocational/trade course Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Training: 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Relevant MC 11, s. 1996/ Career Service (Sub-Professional)/ First Level Eligibility

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • A certified true copy of the transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidence in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidence in the form of a memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
