15 % - Coordinates the programs and services the provincial office; 15 % - Formulates, reviews and finalizes policy recommendations and guidelines relative to financial, personnel and administrative matters; 10 % - Recommends improvement to existing and/or introduces new system and procedures related to financial, personnel and administrative support services; 10 % - Monitors and evaluates programs and services implemented by the provincial office; 10 % - Analyzes financial and administrative reports of the provincial office; 10 % - Initiate measures to enhance the capabilities of staff; 10 % - Establishes and maintains linkages with parties outside the office in the delivery of financial and management services; 10 % - Provides policy guidelines on property and supply management and directs the conduct of physical inventory; and 10 % - Performs other related functions.

- Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
- Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
- Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
- Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
