POSITION: ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER IV (FINANCIAL ANALYST)

SALARY: SG-15 (Php36,619.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

15% - Reviews and certifies the disbursement as to completeness and availability of cash and the purchases of goods or sources to availability of funds; 15% - Prepares and submits the required financial reports and statements and other report of requirement to the Central Office (CO), Commission on Audit (COA), Department of Budget and Management (DBM), Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) and other partner agencies; 15% - Maintains and updates the accounting records of all funds; 15% - Implements and reviews the application of COA accounting and auditing DBM/BIR other government agencies on accounting concerns; 10% - Coordinates with Central Office, Regional Office Implementing units, and other government agencies on accounting concerns; 10% - Implements the Quality Assurance (QA) systems procedures for disbursements and financial reports to standardize the proper accounting correct, complete and timely recording of government transactions and production of accurate and relevant report; 10% - Provide recommendations on proper utilization of funds; 5% - Supports timely preparation and submission of reports; and 5% - Provide technical advice needed by management and other units for decision-making.

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Training: 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility)

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

- Good in oral and written communication/technical writing - Working knowledge of MS Office Applications - Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude - Good moral character and work ethics - Can work under pressure

  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
