OFFICE: DAVAO ORIENTAL POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (DOPI) TESDA REGION XI
SALARY: SG-19 (PhP 51,357.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

25 % - Assist the VSA in the administration and supervision of the school and acts as in-charge in the absence of the VSA; 5 % - Evaluates trainer's work performance; 5 % - Facilitates and recommends solutions to issues related to instruction/training; 10 % - Ensures technical/vocational curricula are relevant to industry standards; 10 % - Prepares training calendar and calendar of activities; 5 % - Monitors the implementation of training calendar and accomplishment of individual targets; 5 % - Prepares reports, memoranda, office orders, and reviews feasibility studies, proposals, operations procedures for the improvement of training/instruction; 10 % - Coordinate community-based extension and linkage program; 5 % - Updates trainers of all programs related to instruction and professional growth; 5 % - Submits Annual Procurement Program (APP) for training and instruction, such as supplies and materials, tools, and equipment; 10 % - Conducts Research; and 5 % - Performs other functions as may be required by the administration/management.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s Degree Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NC II) Eligibility: Career Service Professional or any eligibility appropriate for 2nd level position

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
