SALARY: SG-28 (PhP 148,171.00) PERA: P2,000.00 RATA: P19,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Supervises/oversees conduct of functions of the Certification Office; 20 % - Direct/manages/maintains the quality-assured implementation of TVET Program Registration and Accreditation and Assessment and Certification systems and procedures; 15 % - Leads in building competent and committed assessors within the sector; 10 % - Initiates capability building of TESDA focals on program registration, compliance audit and assessment and certification including prospective trainers and assessors; 10 % - Leads in building a strong and capable and motivated workforce within the Office; 10 % - Establishes and maintains linkages with external partners including partners involve to TESDA overseas programs and services of OFWs; 10 % - As the process owner of Program Registration and Accreditation and Assessment and Certification under the National QMS structure, ensures the compliance of the Regional, District and Provincial Offices, TESDA Training Institutions and Assessment Centers with the documented systems and processes on Program Registration and Accreditation and Assessment and Certification; 5 % - Performs other related functions as may be required.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s degree OR Certificate in Leadership and Management from the CSC Experience: 5 years of supervisory/management experience Training: 120 hours of supervisory/management learning and development intervention Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

  • Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2022 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2023 or July to December 2023 (if applicable) (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
