POSITION: TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST II

OFFICE: CURRICULUM AND TRAINING AIDS DEVELOPMENT DIVISION (CTADD), NATIONAL INSTITUTE FOR TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT (NITESD) TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-16 (PhP 38,150.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

25 % - Develop programs related to curriculum and training materials development, evaluation and enhancement; 25 % - Facilitate development of curriculum and learning materials; 15 % - Conduct capability building programs related to curriculum and training materials development and enhancement; 10 % - Conduct studies on enhancement of processes in curriculum and learning materials development and implementation; 10 % - Assists in the evaluation of Diploma Programs curriculum and documents; 5 % - Prepares internal and external communications; 5 % - Documents programs conducted and facilitated; and 5 % - Performs such other functions as may be authorized.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Training: 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
