OFFICE: SAN FRANCISCO INSTITUTE OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY (SFIST), TESDA REGION V
SALARY: SG-21 (PhP 63,997.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

10% - Plans Training Session; 5% - Prepares Session Plan; 30% - Delivers Competency-Based Technical Vocational Education and Training; research technology development of the province; 4% - Plans Competency Assessment; 20% - Conducts Competency Assessment; 2% - Maintains Training Facilities; 2% - Conducts Community Outreach and Extension Service Programs; 2% - Assists in the Development of Instructional Materials; 2% - Recommends Social Marketing and Advocacy Program of the school; 2% - Recommends Research and Development Program of the school; 2% - Contributes to the Development of School Supplies; 2% - Participates in the School's special programs and activities; 2% - Develop and maintains a safe workplace and environment; 3% - Applies Work Ethics and Values; 2% - Assists in the monitoring of programs and projects conducted and recommends measures for effective implementation of the programs; and 10% - Performs other functions as may be assigned by the Superintendent and higher authorities.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s Degree Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II Eligibility: Career Service Professional / 2nd Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude. • Has knowledge/experience in social marketing and advocacy • With high degree of commitment to work. • Working knowledge of MS Office Applications • With good command in oral and written communication • Has good moral character.

    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable);
