•20% - Act as Registrar of the Institution; •15% - Supervises accurate recording of data in trainee’s records; •10% - Issue certifications, clearances and diplomas and assumes responsibility for documents released by the office; •10% - Verifies documents released by the office; •10% - Maintains records, reports and other pertinent documents; •15% - Consolidates data and other periodic reports; •10% - Maintains the filing system and documentation system of the office; •5% - Respond to public inquiries; •5% - Performs other related functions.
