THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% - Assists in the provision of technical/instructional service to clients on TESD Programs 15% - Prepares period reports 15% - Prepares initial drafts of studies, systems and procedures 15% - Prepares database management such as monitoring, maintenance of database, and files and preparing reports 15% - Prepare internal and external communications. Coordinates with different offices. 10% - Provide technical services to the assigned function; and 10% - Performs other related functions.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing •Working knowledge of MS Office Applications •Good inter-personal relationship and work attitude •Good moral character and work ethics •Can work under pressure •Preferably with background in the process of UTPRAS

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for January to December 2022 for outside applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating for January to June 2023 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies with at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employees only: a copy of the previous appointment;

• List of references with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Work experience sheet (CS Form No. 212) (mm-dd-yyyy to mm-dd-yyyy);

• Certified true copy of a transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
