20% - Develops programs and documents that are related to strengthening partnerships and linkages; 20% - Leads and conducts the annual institutional events; 15% - Conducts analysis of program improvement on partnership incentive packages; 10% - Leads the conduct of research on partnership incentive packages; 10% - Leads the development of procedures and techniques in the efficient implementation of incentive programs for partners; 10% - Develops and packages advocacy material in the promotion of the programs and services of the division; and 10% - Performs other related functions as may be required.
