SALARY: SG-18 (PhP 46,725.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Acts on all personnel actions; 15 % - Learning and Development Prepares and submits Workforce Training/Learning Development Plan/PO HRD Plan Prepares and submits monthly Workforce Training/Learning Development Report Facilitates the accomplishment of TNA-Forms 1-4 Facilitates attendance of PO staff to various seminars/training Facilitates submission of Action Plans/Terminal Report 10 % - Awards and Incentives Facilitates the Search of TESDA Model Employee, Idol ng TESDA, KABALIKAT Award Submits complete documentation to the Regional Office, maintains personnel records and acts on all leave administration and management 15 % - Personal Management Conduct orientation to newly hired employees/JO’s regarding office policy Mentors/Coaches personnel Supervises the customer service officer Prepares Office Orders, Memoranda, letters, and TORs Facilitates employee’s welfare activities Checks monthly financial reports and supporting documents Facilitates submission of reports to the regional office Supervises Office Driver and mobility of service vehicle 15 % - Property Management/Procurement Facilitates conduct of Inventory and Submission of Physical Inventory Report Facilitates conduct of appraisal and disposal of unserviceable properties Maintains records of inventories, including but not limited to stock cards and ledgers Consolidates and submits Annual Procurement Plan of the different units in the province Supervises and facilitates the procurement and issuance of office and training supplies Acts as Secretariat to the BAC Submits PhilGEPS posting to the Regional Office 10 % - Cashiering Acts on all cashiering activities, including maintenance of cash book and check disbursement records for Fund 101, PESFA accounts, Petty Cash book and Bureau of Treasury 10 % - Financial Management Checks/Reviews all financial documents/transactions and ensure the correctness and accuracy of figures and other information and supporting documents 5 % - Strategic Support Facilitates the implementation of OPES and SPMS Facilitates preparation of OPCP, OPCR, and IPCR Facilitates preparation of Performance Contract of the Provincial Director

Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the Job Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
