20 % - Assist in planning, organizing, and coordinating the implementation of programs, projects, activities, and systems in various operating units in the region; 20 % - Evaluate implementation of programs, projects, and activities; 15 % - Review and monitor the system, processes, and operations of the division and Office and provides feedback to the supervisor; 15 % - Prepare agency plans, performance assessment reports, analysis presentations, and documentation; 10 % - Assist in the implementation of and compliance with the requirements of Quality Management System in the Office; 5 % - Assist in the implementation of social marketing and advocacy programs of the agency; 5 % - Establish and maintain partnerships and linkages with various stakeholders; 5 % - Assist in the management and supervision of Division personnel and takes charge of the Division in the absence of the Division Chief; and 5 % - Perform other tasks as may be assigned or deemed necessary.
