25 % - Prepares structural design and analysis of infrastructure buildings and rehabilitation projects of TESDA facilities; 10 % - Reviews and recommends approval of variation orders, time extensions, if there is any and other matters related to projects and programs; 25 % - Prepares quantity take-off, details and summary of cost estimates; 10 % - Reviews design proposal for new construction projects, alterations and redevelopments of TESDA structure in the COROPOTI; 10 % - Conducts on-site inspection of on-going construction and repair projects; 10 % - Conducts inspection of TESDA facilities in the Central Office and field operating units, when necessary; 5 % - Prepares technical documents in relation to the conduct of repairs , construction and inspection; and 5 % - Performs related functions as may be authorized.

- Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
- Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
