OFFICE: PANGASINAN SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES (PSAT), TESDA REGION I
SALARY: SG-23 (PhP 78,455.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

10% - Implement Training Programs; 10% - Implement Project Proposals; 8% - Review and monitor instructional training plans and programs; 4% - Supervised Technology-Based Instructional Materials Development; 4% - Supervise Maintenance of Training Facilities; 4% - Assess Trainers Performances; 6% - Implement Social Marketing and Advocacy Program of the School; 6% - Supervise Instructional Delivery; 5% - Maintain Professional Competence and Integrity; 6% - Interpret and apply TVET Research; 7% - Implement and monitor Quality Management System, Plans and programs; 7% - Plan and organize work in the Instructional Unit; 3% - Implement Trainer’s Development Programs’ 2% - Apply Work Ethics and Values; 3% - Uphold the values and principles of public service; 6% - Monitor and evaluate programs and projects conducted; and 9% - Performs other related functions.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Master’s Degree Experience: 3 years of relevant experience Training: 16 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NC II) Eligibility: Career Service Professional or any eligibility appropriate for 2nd level position

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•Good communication skills (oral and written) •Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications •Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude •Good moral character and work ethics •Proficient in the conduct of Research •Holder of Trainer’s Methodology I •Holder of National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC)

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
