POSITION: TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST II

OFFICE: POLICY AND PLANNING DIVISION (PPD), PLANNING OFFICE (PO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-16 (PhP 38,150.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

25 % - Prepares policy documents, consolidates and analyzes data in support of said documents; 25 % - Provides technical inputs/assistance in the formulation, updating, monitoring, and assessment/analysis of the NTESDP, and R/PTESDPs; 20 % - Performs internal and external coordination within TESDA, as well as stakeholders, clients, and suppliers, to collecting data/reports, submitting inputs/reports, or collaborating in a program, project, or task authorized by the Office; 20 % - Performs data gathering, research, and analysis in preparation of technical reports, as needed; 10 % - Performs other related tasks that may be assigned from time to time.

Education: Bachelor’s degree relevant to the job Experience: 1 year of relevant experience Training: 4 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

• Exceptional skills in written and oral communication • Working knowledge on MS Office Applications • Good interpersonal relationship and work attitude • Good moral character and work ethics

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email address for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
