SALARY: SG-16 38,150.00 PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

- 25% Performs tasks related to financial accountability, financial analysis, compliance to COA observations, and other related functions - 25% Prepares and executes budget/fund utilization, and budget monitoring/obligation to budget utilization rate - 15% Conducts and facilitates TVET training to beneficiaries - 10% Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing the TVET needs and in the formulation of educational/training programs of his/her subject field - 5% Respond to inquiries - 5% Coordinates with internal and external stakeholders - 5% Consolidates data and other periodic reports submitted to higher offices and external agencies - 10% Perform other related functions


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job Experience: One (1) year of relevant experience Training: Four (4) hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Preferably National Certificate (NC) holder in any qualifications • Knowledgeable in MS Office Applications • Exceptional skills in written and oral communication • Good interpersonal relationship and possesses positive work attitude • Knowledgeable in UTPRAS and PTCACS • Possesses good teamwork attitude • Must have an ability in analytical and critical thinking

• Service Records;

• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified

  photocopies of training certificates;

• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for January to December 2021 for outside

  applicants; or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for

  July to December 2021 and January to June 2022 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other

  government agencies of at least a ‘Very Satisfactory’ Rating;

• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;

• List of references for with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone

  number, e-mail address):

  • Superior/Supervisor
  • Peer
  • Subordinate (if applicable)
  • Client/Stakeholder (if applicable);

• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period

  covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);

• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and

• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
