OFFICE: REGIONAL OPERATIONS DIVISION (ROD), TESDA REGION III
SALARY: SG-19 (PhP 49,835.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Spearhead the implementation of the agency’s ICT programs, projects, and initiatives in the region; 15 % - Handle the roll-out, administrative, and up keep of the agency’s ICT database/systems/applications at the regional level; 15 % - Manage and maintain ICT facilities , equipment, and softwares of the region including data center and disaster recovery sites; 10 % - Develop small to medium-sized office automation and/or computer applications; 10 % - Perform enhancement of software applications/systems; 10 % - Provide technical assistance on ICT to other operating units in the region; 5 % - Prepares technical documentations and troubleshooting manuals for critical elements of the ICT infrastructure; 5 % - Assist in the efficient documentation of PPAs; 5 % - Support activities promoting records fidelity and data privacy; 5 % - Perform other tasks as may be assigned.

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the Job Experience: 2 years of relevant experience Training: 8 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
