SALARY: SG-9 (Php 20,402.00) PERA: Php2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

(25%) Operates the computer in encoding and printing data from source documents; (25%) Maintains the filling system and documentation system of the office; (25%) Prepares presentation materials and reports; (15%) Performs required housekeeping and reports malfunction to supervisor; ( 10%) Performs other related functions


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education : Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course Experience : 1 year of relevant experience Training : 4 hours relevant training Eligibility : Relevant MC 11 s.1996/ Career Service (Sub-professional)/First Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

Good in oral and written communications/Technical Writing Working knowledge of MS Office ApplicationsGood inter-personal relationship and work attitude Good moral character and work ethics Can work under pressure
