OFFICE: INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY PLANNING AND MANAGEMENT DIVISION (ITPMD) INFORMATION AND COMMUNICATIONS TECHNOLOGY OFFICE (ICTO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-12 (PhP 27,608) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Works closely with developers, testers, and a variety of end-users to ensure technical compatibility and user satisfaction; 20 % - Provide support in the development of program that will be used for the data management and reporting process; 20 % - Ensure 100% recording in the database management system of all applications and data/reports received and maintained; 10 % - Conducts requirement analysis and prepared specific proposals for modified or replacement systems; 10 % - Provide real-time updates on deliverables and achievements based on database management alert system or any similar system; 10 % - Assists in organizing and directing the execution of systems, and design tasks performed by systems and procedures; 10 % - Perform such other duties as may be assigned to him or her.

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
