POSITION: TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST I

OFFICE: PARTNERSHIPS INCENTIVES ASSISTANCE DIVISION (PIAD), PARTNERSHIPS AND LINKAGES OFFICE (PLO), TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-13 (PhP 29,798.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20 % - Drafts of accomplishment reports, minutes of meetings and feedback reports; 15 % - Drafts of communications and other correspondence; 15 % - Assists in coordinating with the Executive, Regional, Provincial/District Offices and other external/internal stakeholders and client; 15 % - Assists in preparation of draft presentation materials; 15 % - Assists in monitoring of the implementation of PLO-PIAD programs and activities; 10 % - Assists in updating and maintaining database on PLO-PIAD programs and activities; 5 % - Assists in preparing financial documents and other administrative functions; and 5 % - Performs other related functions as may be assigned.

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

• Very good oral and written communication skills • Very good working knowledge of MS Office Applications • Good inter-personal relationship and positive work ethics • Good Moral character

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
