POSITION: SUPERVISING TECHNICAL EDUCATION AND SKILLS DEVELOPMENT SPECIALIST

OFFICE: PROVINCIAL OFFICE – AGUSAN DEL SUR, TESDA CARAGA
SALARY: SG-22 (PhP 69,963.00) PERA: P2,000.00

THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:

20% - Supervises the programs, projects and activities of the Provincial Office; 20% - Supervises the preparation of the OPCR and APP for the Provincial Office; 20% - Supervises the development and enhancement of policies and guidelines; 15% -Supervises the establishment and maintenance or a system maintaining and publishing the compendium of registered programs; 10% - Supervises the monitoring of program registration; 10% - Supervises the preparation of communications and reports; and 5% - Performs other related functions.


OTHER QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:

Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job Experience: 3 years of relevant experience Training: 16 hours of relevant training Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility

SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

•Preferably with experience in the following: 1) Planning, development and implementation of training programs in the Provincial Office 2) Facilitation of Community and Industry coordination and training •Proficient in oral and written communication •Knowledgeable in MS Office applications •Good in networking and linkaging •Possesses positive work attitude •Good interpersonal relations

  • Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
  • Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
  • List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details and email addresses for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
  • Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;
  • Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC;
  • Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received) (if applicable);
  • Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) (if applicable); and
  • Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates) (if applicable)
