OFFICE : PROVINCIAL TRAINING CENTER – NUEVA VIZCAYA, TESDA REGION II
SALARY: SG-19 (PhP 46,791.00) PERA: P2,000.00
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
15 % - Designs competency-based training curriculum;
10 % - Develops training materials;
10 % - Undertakes analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies;
20 % - Plans, facilitates and delivers learning sessions;
10 % - Utilize electronic media in facilitating training;
5 % - Implement quality standards and procedures;
10 % - Conducts competency assessment;
5 % - Assists in the development of procedures and techniques in assessing TVET needs and in the formulation of education/ training program;
5 % - Prepares and submits technical reports;
5 % - Maintain training facilities; and
5 % - Performs other related functions.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/ Second Level Eligibility

• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma;

• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• TESDA Order/Office Order/Certificate of Employment (for outside applicant) duly signed by the immediate and previous supervisor indicating managerial/supervisory cumulative experience (specify date/month/year covered) with actual duties and responsibilities;
• Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
• Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received);
• Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist); and
• Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates)
