OFFICE: GENERAL SERVICES DIVISION (GSD), ADMINISTRATIVE SERVICE (AS), TESDA- CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-9 Php18,784.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 20% Supervises and manages the operations of the TESDA Dormitory, but not limited to the following:
-Reservation of guests.
-Cleanliness and availability of ameities at all times.
-Supervision of personnel assigned at the dormitory.
-Purchasing of emergency dormitory supplies;
• 20% Prepares dormitory-related reports and documentation such as;
-Billing Payments
-Order of Payments
-Purchase request
-Room status
-Periodic Maintenance Report
-Inventory of dormitories supplies, materials and equipment
-Payment of utilities
• 20% Ensures guest satisfaction at all times thru improved dormitory sevices;
• 20% Maintains database of dormitory records; and
• 20% Performs related functions as maybe assigned.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree 
Experience: None Required
Training: None Required
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates undertaken within the last 5 years (2015-2020);
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2019 and January – June 2020 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• List of references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• Peer
• Superior/Supervisor
• Subordinate (if applicable)
• Client/Stakeholder (if applicable)
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
