POSITION: SUPERVISING ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER
FORMER INCUMBENT: VIVIAN V. PAREDES (SHIFTING OF ITEM NUMBER)
ITEM NUMBER: TESDAB-SADOF-54-2017 
OFFICE: BUDGET DIVISION, FINANCIAL AND MANAGEMENT SERVICE, TESDA CENTRAL OFFICE
SALARY: SG-22 Php 66,867.00 PERA: Php2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 20% Leads in the preparation of budget proposals;
• 20% Assists in the providing guidelines in the preparation of budget proposals;
• 15% Leads in the analysis of budget and budget proposals of the Regional and Executive Offices;
• 15%   Coordinates with different oversight agencies on matter relating to budget;
• 10%   Supervise properl allocation of funds;
• 10%   Leads in ensuring that statutory and quality procedures are followed;
• 10%   Assists in the preration of WFP;
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 3 years of relevant experience
Training: 16 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Must have an analytical skill
• Must have an accounting and budgeting background
• Must be familiar with the budget process of the government

• Letter of Intent indicating the position, office where the vacancy exists and its corresponding Item Number);
• Duly accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Work Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212 Revised 2017);
• Service Record;
• List of supervisory/managerial learning and development programs indicating the number of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Ratings for CY 20__ for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review ratings for July to December 2019 and January to June 2020 and for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (MM-DD-YY to MM-DD-YY);
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; 
• Authenticated copy of eligibility for Career Service Professional or Second Level eligibility, CES or CSEE (if any);
• List of at least five (3-5) references for each category with contact details:
• Superior/Supervisor (1)
• Peer (3 pax)
• Subordinate (if applicable) (3 pax)
• Client/Stakeholder (3 pax);
• Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
• Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received);
• Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist) and
• Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates)
