              Provincial Training Center –Taytay, Rizal
              TESDA Region IV-A
SALARY: SG-15 Php32,053.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• (15%) Facilitates enrolment process and procedures;
• (15%) Conducts training induction and culminating programs;
• (15%) Maintains records, reports and other pertinent documents;
• (10%) Prepares training calendar;
• (10%) Issues scholastics and similar documents to learners;
• (10%) Conducts pre-employment conference;
• (10%) Assists in the social and marketing advocacy programs of the school;
• (10%) Assists in the monitoring of programs, projects and activities conducted;
• (5%) Performs other related functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience  
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Second Level Eligibility

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Service Records/Certificate of Employment;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the photocopies of training certificates;
• Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) rating in the last rating period of at least Very Satisfactory (if applicable);
• Photocopy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Photocopy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
