OFFICE: Office of the Deputy Director General (ODDG), Policies and Planning (PP), TESDA Central Office
SALARY: SG-9 Php18,784.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 10% Receives incoming documents
• 10% Routes outgoing documents 
• 25% Encodes/scan/updates incoming/outgoing documents in the database
• 5% Assists in the reproduction of documents/materials
• 10% Assists in answering phone calls
• 10% Prepare/drafts routine correspondence 
• 5% Assists in data gathering and research work
• 10% Facilitate vouchers for reimbursement
• 5% Provide assistance during cluster meetings
• 10% Performs other duties and functions as may be assigned from time to time
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Completion of two-year studies in college or High School Graduate with relevant vocational/trade course
Experience: 1 year of relevant experience
Training: 4 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Sub-professional)/First Level Eligibility

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than August 17, 2020:
 
• Intent Letter (Indicating the position, office where the vacancy exists and its Item Number)
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS (CSC Form 212);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2019 and January to July 2020 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
• Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received);
• Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist);
• Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates):
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• (5) Superior/Supervisor
• (5) Peer
• (5) Subordinate (if applicable)
• (5) Client/Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
