OFFICE: Competency Standards Development Division (CSDD), Qualifications and Standards Office (QSO), TESDA Central Office
SALARY: SG-16 Php35,106.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 30% Drafts memoranda, circulars and other official communications;
• 30% Coordinates with technical experts and partners in the provision of technical and administrative services;
• 20% Assists/Facilitates the conduct of workshop in Competency Standards and Assessment Tools development;
• 10% Drafts project proposals/accomplishment reports for the Division; and 
• 10% Performs other related functions as may be required.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 1 year relevant experience
Training: 4 hours relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• With competence in Competency Standards (CS)/ Training Regulations (TRS), Competency Assessment Tools (CATs)/ test measurements development
• Business and technical writing
• Coordination Skills

• Computer Literate

• Intent Letter (Indicating the position, office where the vacancy exists and its Item Number)
• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS (CSC Form 212);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for July to December 2019 and January to July 2020 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• Certificate of Completion on TESDA’s Online Course entitled “Practicing COVID 19 Preventive Measures in the Workplace”;
• Awards related to Performance (proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque, for awards/rewards received);
• Expert Services (Resource Person/Speaker/Moderator/Panelist);
• Committees/ TWGs Participation (proof of evidences in the form of memorandum, office order, and/or certification/certificates):
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
• (5) Superior/Supervisor
• (5) Peer
• (5) Subordinate (if applicable)
• (5) Client/Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
