OFFICE : Trainer's Training and Development Division (TTDD), National TVET Trainers Academy (NTTA)
SALARY : SG-16 Php35,106.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
• 10% Manage the Center’s hardware, software, networking systems;
• 10% Facilitates the preparation of the Center’s promotional materials;
• 10% Provides technical support to GTC program implementation; 
• 10% Generates, organizes and analyzes data;
• 10% Facilitates the development of presentation and learning materials;
• 10% Assist in the analysis and evaluation of project proposals and research studies;
• 10% Assists in providing technical/instructional services to agency beneficiaries;
• 10% Promotes NTTA programs and services;
• 10% Provide technical support to the operations of the Academy’s LMS sites;
• 10% Performs other related functions as may be assigned
 
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education : Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience : 1 year relevant experience
Training : 4 hours relevant training
Eligibility : Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

• Background in learning materials (printed and e-learning) development is an advantage;

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS (CSC Form 212);
• Service Records;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
• For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
• List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details (residential/office address, telephone/cellphone number, e-mail address):
    a. (5) Superior/Supervisor
    b. (5) Peer
    c. (5) Subordinate (if applicable)
    d. (5) Client/Stakeholder;
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
 
 
Failure to complete the submission of above documents within the set deadline shall mean disinterest to vie for the position paving the way for non-inclusion in the deliberation process.
