SALARY: SG-18 Php 42,159.00  PERA: P2,000.00     RATA:
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
•20%  Prepares training program in CBC both qualification and full qualification scheme;
•10% Evaluates aforementioned training programs and recommends areas for improvement;
•10% Prepares budgetary estimates for Technical Vocational Training Department;
•10% Plans and directs in-service training activities for the instructional and supervisory staff;
•5% Directs the preparation and implementation of plans for revision, improvement and evaluation of instructional materials, methodologies and strategies;
•5% Attends conferences of school officials and other government agencies;
•5% Holds staff conferences and meetings to discuss school problems;
•5% Interviews applicants and recommends teaching personnel;
•5% Maintains public relations with other school personnel, government agencies and the people in the community;
•5% Supervises reports in relation to the target of CNVS;
•5% Holds meetings and conferences related to Technical Vocational Training;
•5% Directs referral and placement of graduates;
•5% Plans for the general school expansion program and extension services; and
•5% Implements, executes school rules, regulations and policies
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NC II)
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional)/Second Level Eligibility

•Computer literate
•NTTC holder
•Proficient in oral and written communication
•Good interpersonal skill

•Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with work experience sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
•Service Records;
•List of supervisory/managerial and other training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
•Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 , January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
•For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
•Management Competence Forms to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor; three (3) Peers and one (1) Subordinate;
•Demonstrated Attitude and Commitment to Work to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor;
•Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
•Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
•List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
            a.Superior/Supervisor
            b.Peer
            c.Subordinate
            d.Client/Stakeholder;
•Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
•Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC, CES or CSEE (if any).
