OFFICE: PANGASINAN SCHOOL OF ARTS AND TRADES (PSAT), TESDA-REGION I
SALARY: SG-21 Php59,353.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
•10% Plans Training Session;
•5% Prepares Session Plan;
•32% Delivers Competency Based Technical Vocational Education and Training;
•4% Plans Competency Assessment;
•20% Conducts Competency Assessment;
•2% Maintains Training facilitates;
•5% Conducts Community Outreach and Extension Services and programs;
•2% Assists in the Development of Instructional Materials;
•2% Recommends Social Marketing and Advocacy program of the school;
•2% Recommends Research and Development Program of the school;
•1% Contributes to Development of school policies;
•2% Participates in the school’s special programs and activities;
•2% Develop and maintains a safe workplace and environment;
•3% Applies Work Ethics and Values;
•2% Assists in the monitoring of programs and projects conducted and recommends measures for effective implementation of the programs;
•6% Performs other functions as maybe assigned by the Administrator and Higher Authorities.
 
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Master’s Degree
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training + National Certificate II (NCII)
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

All interested applicants must submit their application together with the following documents to Human Resource Management Division, AS not later than May 22, 2020:
•Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet with Experience Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
•Service Records;
•List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
•Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2019 and July and December 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
•For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
•Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your three (3) students;
•Proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque for awards/rewards received;
•Background Investigation Form duly accomplished by your superior, peer, subordinate and client
•List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
           a. Superior/Supervisor
           b. Peer
           c. Subordinate (if applicable)
           d. Client/Stakeholder;
•Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last five (5) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
•Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
•Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
•Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
