OFFICE: DAVAO ORIENTAL POLYTECHNIC INSTITUTE (DOPI), TESDA-REGION XI
SALARY: SG-18 Php42,159.00 PERA: P2,000.00
 
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
•15% Coordinates with school administrator in the implementation of the school policies, activities and programs;
•10% Supervises and assists instructors in the implementation of the school trainings/programs;
•10% Facilitates trainers in the conduct of research;
•10% Supervises/maintains the school cleanliness specifically on work instruction areas;
•10% Implements school policies and guidelines;
•10% Conducts monitoring on assigned quality assurance procedures;
•5% Conducts regular classes on assigned teaching load, monitor students daily attendance;
•5% Monitor students behavior and scholastic performance;
•5% Assist students on their extra-curricular activities;
•5% Attends conferences/meetings/seminars required by the administration/agency;
•5% Prepares/submits grades every rating period;
•5% Review students in different competencies before scheduled assessment; and
•5% Performs other functions as required.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours relevant training + National Certificate II (NC) II
Eligibility: Career Service (Professional) Second Level Eligibility

•Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet  with experience work sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
•Service Records;
•List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours and photocopies of training certificates;
•Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2018 and 2019 for outside applicants or Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to June 2019 and July to December 2019 for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies of at least Very Satisfactory Rating;
•For government employee only: a copy of previous appointment;
•Potential Assessment Forms to be accomplished by your three (3) students;
•Proof of evidences in the form of citation, medal, plaque for awards/rewards received;
•Proof of evidences in the form of office order, certification/certificates for the following staff development interventions:
-OJT
-Job rotation
-Reassignment
-Coaching/Mentoring
-Industry immersion
-Cross-posting
-Membership in Ad Hoc bodies
•List of at least five (5) references for each category with contact details:
-Superior/Supervisor
-Peer
-Subordinate (if applicable)
-Client/Stakeholder;
•Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last five (5) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
•Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
•Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
•Certified true copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
