OFFICE : PROVINCIAL TRAINING CENTER - TARLAC, TESDA REGION III
SALARY : SG-19 (PhP 46,791.00) PERA: P2,000.00
 
THE HIREE WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FOLLOWING:
 
15 % - Conducts competency-based training;
10 % - Manages assigned TESD programs;
10 % - Supervises personnel;
10 % - Monitors the conduct of CBTED programs;
10 % - Prepares communications, reports, documentation reports, and other technical writing;
10 % - Provides technical support, mobilizes resources and conducts field visits in the implementation of scholarship programs;
10 % - Prepares Memorandum of Agreement/Memorandum of Understanding on partnerships;
10 % - Prepares Qualification Maps and the center's Training Calendar;
5 % - Assists in the preparation of work and financial plans and other periodic reports;
5 % - Develops and handles special programs and projects, i.e. Star Rating System, UAQTEA, scholarship programs and the like; and
5 % - Performs other related technical and administrative functions.
 
JOB QUALIFICATIONS OF THE HIREE ARE:
 
Education: Bachelor's Degree relevant to the job
Experience: 2 years of relevant experience
Training: 8 hours of relevant training
Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility
 
SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
 
• Preferably with NTTC in any qualification
• Good in written and oral communication
• Good in networking and linkaging
• Possesses positive attitude towards work and time as required
• Excellent interpersonal relations
• Proficiency in the use of computer software
• Possesses leadership abilities
• Knowledgeable in maintaining and controlling fund utilization and disbursement

• Duly Accomplished Personal Data Sheet (CSC Form 212, Revised 2017);
• Work Experience Sheet attachment to the PDS;
• Service Records for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies OR Certificate/s of Employment for outside applicants;
• List of training programs attended indicating the no. of training hours together with the certified photocopies of training certificates;
• Performance Evaluation System (PES) Ratings for Calendar Year 2019 for outside applicants OR Individual Performance Commitment Review (IPCR) ratings for January to July 2019 and July to December 2019 (with at least Very Satisfactory Rating) for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Copy of previous appointment for TESDA applicants or applicants from other government agencies;
• Potential Assessment Forms (2nd Level) to be accomplished by your Immediate Supervisor and one (1) Peer;
• Accomplishments/Achievements done during the last three (3) years to be endorsed by the Head of Office;
• Statement of duties and responsibilities for the positions held indicating the specified period covered (mm-dd-yy to mm-dd-yy);
• List of at least five (5) references with complete contact details for the following categories:
    • Superior
    • Peers
    • Subordinates (if applicable)
    • Clients (if applicable)
• Certified true copy of transcript of records/diploma; and
• Authenticated copy of Eligibility by CSC or PRC.
